Frequently Asked Questions
How much does cat boarding cost in Delhi NCR?
Cat boarding through PetNanny starts from ₹650 per night and goes up to ₹1,200 per night across Delhi NCR, depending on the sitter, neighbourhood, and length of stay. All prices are listed upfront on each sitter's profile — no hidden fees.
How do you verify cat boarding sitters?
We review every application before a home is listed: photos of the room the cat will sleep in, the pets already living there, and the sitter's experience with cats. Every sitter gives us their exact address, which we share only with a customer whose booking they've confirmed. Where we have visited a home in person, its listing says so.
What happens if my cat falls sick during the stay?
Sitters are trained to spot early signs of stress and illness in cats. If your cat needs care, the sitter contacts you immediately and coordinates with a nearby vet. PetNanny support is available throughout your booking.
Can I meet the sitter before booking?
Yes — we strongly recommend a short meet-and-greet for first-time bookings. Use the in-app chat after posting your request to coordinate directly with the sitter.
Is cat boarding safe for indoor-only cats?
Yes. PetNanny sitters specialise in indoor cats. Home stays mean no cages, no dog barking, no kennel stress — just a calm, cat-friendly environment that mimics your cat's normal routine.
Which cities does PetNanny serve?
PetNanny currently serves all of Delhi NCR — Gurgaon, Delhi, Noida, Faridabad, and Ghaziabad — with cat-only home-based sitters in each city. We're expanding to Bengaluru, Mumbai, Pune, and Hyderabad next.
